The hotel is conveniently located near lovely shops and is in easy walking distance to many of the sights. It is also near the metro station, making it very accessible. Additionally, the reviews mentioned that some rooms had large windows with lots of natural light, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

There were some negative comments about the bathroom facilities, specifically the weird mirrored/half see-through doors to the toilet and shower.

The staff was extremely helpful, giving us great suggestions for places to see and eat and warning us about pickpockets. The room was comfortable and clean, with a delicious breakfast and a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, with a metro station nearby for easy airport transfers and convenient access to popular attractions.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception and we had to go searching for someone. There was no proper space in front of the hotel to unload our car and no bellman or trolley to help with our luggage.

Despite a few small drawbacks, overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing as it is close to various attractions, the metro station is just a few minutes away, and the nice beaches are also within reach. The service is extraordinary! The staff was very accommodating, they dealt with all my concerns in a non-hurried and interested manner. The room amenities are great, from the ironing facilities to the soundproofed rooms, and the flat-screen TV. I also loved the dining experience, the restaurant serves good food, and the buffet breakfast is really awesome.

Basic rooms are very small and lack some advertised amenities. Limited space for luggage in basic rooms.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right next to the train station and in the heart of the city. Getting to El Prat airport was really easy and the hotel facilities were great, such as the breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. the staff was very helpful and kind.
